Our Managing Director, Amanda, is a retired police officer who became paraplegic after being injured on duty while responding to an emergency call. Following her retirement from the police, Amanda retrained in law, graduating with a First Class Honours Law Degree, before specialising in wills and estate planning.
Today, Amanda works alongside her two adult children, Amy and Ben, who share her commitment to providing clients with a professional, friendly and highly personal service.
We are not a large corporate organisation simply processing wills in volume. We are a family business, and we believe that making a will is an important and very personal decision. We aim to treat every client with the care, patience and empathy we would want our own family to receive.
Our purpose is to help people put their affairs in order without cost being a barrier. We help our clients obtain their will completely free of charge and, where additional estate-planning services are required, such as trusts or Lasting Powers of Attorney, we provide professionally drafted options at exceptionally affordable prices.
For us, it is about more than preparing documents. It is about helping people protect themselves, their families and the things they have worked hard for, while making the process as straightforward, accessible and affordable as possible.
